How much floor does your guest count need?
Every floor is built from 1 by 1 metre modules, so the size scales directly with your guest count and the cost scales with the size. Here is what today's dance floor rate works out to at each size.

How many floors does AAA Events Group own in Bali?
45, across five families: 20 dance floors, 12 floating stages, 6 raised stages, 5 wavy aisles and 2 rugs. Every one is our own stock rather than a vendor-sourced piece, so the price and the availability shown on each product page are real.
What is the difference between a dance floor, a floating stage and a raised stage?
A dance floor lies flush with the ground so guests can walk and dance across it. A floating stage is the same idea laid over a swimming pool instead of the lawn. A raised stage lifts whoever stands on it above the room, on a steel frame, for a speech, a band or a head table. A wavy aisle uses the same finishes as our dance floors, cut for the walk down rather than the reception that follows.
How much does flooring cost per square metre in Bali?
From Rp 200,000 to Rp 800,000 depending on the finish and the family, wooden parquet at the accessible end through to LED infinity glass and gold mirror at the top. The table above shows every finish we carry at today's rate.

How much floor do I need for my guest count?
The sizing guide above turns your guest count straight into a floor size and a live cost, from a 4 by 4 metre platform for a small gathering up to 7 by 7 metres or larger for a big reception. Every size is built from the same 1 by 1 metre modules, so any rectangle is possible on request.
How far ahead should I book flooring for a Bali wedding or event?
Earlier is easier, because it gives us time to size the floor to your guest count and plan the install with your venue. A 50% deposit secures your date. Message us the date and the venue and we reply with options and a price.
